What is Birdwhistle?
Birdwhistle is a pet bird productivity app. Your bird companion Murmur helps you manage your to-dos, timetable, and daily life through natural conversation.
How do I feed Murmur?
You can purchase water and food for Murmur through the in-app shop. Water is consumed each time you chat with Murmur, while food keeps your bird happy and well-fed. When Murmur has plenty of food and water, conversations become richer and more detailed.
Can I get a refund for in-app purchases?
All purchases are processed through Apple. To request a refund, visit
reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app's Settings page. All your data, including conversation history, to-dos, timetable, and bird memories, will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Is my conversation data used to train AI?
No. Your conversations with Murmur are never used to train AI models. See our

Murmur isn't responding / the app is slow
Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app. If the problem continues, please contact us using the email below.
